    HI, Can Anyone tell me is planning permission required on 2 storey extension to go from flat roof to pitched roof, Thanks

    Does the original 2 storey extension have planning?

    Yep had planning was built in the 80's

    Then my opinion would be that to change it would mean non compliance with the original planning so new planning required to change the roof profile.

    I would deem it a 'material change' and therefore does need planning.
