microsoft 365 backup ??

longstory short business with 4 laptops all connected to a shared drive ( on microsoft 365 ) use it for invoices and basic office stuff during the lockdown we lost all our information that was on it . apparently it was a trial package we were on , don't wanna go over that as i'll lose my rag lol so we have a new shared…

longstory short

business with 4 laptops all connected to a shared drive ( on microsoft 365 ) use it for invoices and basic office stuff

during the lockdown we lost all our information that was on it . apparently it was a trial package we were on , don't wanna go over that as i'll lose my rag lol

so we have a new shared folder on microsoft 365 , how can i manually backup the drive onto a 6tb external drive ??

is it possible without spending anything ?
