Hi there. Looking for some advice currently driving a 151 Ford Focus 1.5 diesel and am looking at a 191 1.0 eco boost petrol Titanium model.

Due to current restrictions I can’t get to take it for a spin but the the ford main dealer is willing to deliver it.

Just wondering if any one has driven one will I notice a big difference and am I going to be spending more on fuel.

They certainly had a reputation for not coming next or near the claimed mpg.

The wife has a 191 ecoboost st line estate and it defo does not see claimed figures!
Averaging around 35mpg last time I checked mainly mixed city and motorway!
Its a lovely torquey little motor all the same feels much larger than its displacement!

I went from a 161 focus st line 2 ltr diesel to 191 1 ltr st line petrol and i have not spent any more on fuel than i did before. You wont be dissapointed with it at all, the interior is more streamlined too. No car ever matches its claimed mpg anyway
