    Hi all,
    Just really looking at your all experiences and some feedback on this.
    I work in Hospitality and after being laid off temporarily due to Covid closures last March money was very tight. I applied for Supplementary allowance while waiting on decision on rent supplement. I did not get response from Community Officer and thought this is because of overload for all services including community services. I 100% believed that my application was declined.

    I requested Statement of payments from Soc.Welfare few days ago and to my surprise on receipt of this it stated payment of 3325 from Community Welfare officer. I did not receive it!

    I emailed Intreo and they suggested I get in touch with SWA officer. I am sending registered letter to find out details of this.
    Anyone else encountered same issue?
