Vodafone Catch up & rewind not working

    I recently changed over from Sky to Vodafone (Sky gone too expensive) and have had nothing with issues with the TV service. The catch up stops and starts even though I have 940Mb FTTH. Support have been useless. Anyone else with same issue ?
