Has anyone had issues with Shed Factory? I have had terrible customer service when looking for a refund when the shed I ordered came missing one roof panel and when the shed collapsed and buckled as a result of wind I was told I get what I paid for and they would not entertain it. Has anyone had issues with Shed Factory? I have had terrible customer service when looking for a refund when the shed I ordered came missing one roof panel and when the shed collapsed and buckled as a result of wind I was told I get what I paid for and they would not entertain it. Terrible quality steel and buckled under slight wind as a result of missing roof panel. Would not recommend to anyone.
