Neighbour issues

    Hi,
    just looking for some advice regarding my neighbour they are in a council house while we own ours not the issue but we don't know how to proceed forward originally it was the border hedging we would maintain it but they wouldn't and it kept growing and overhanging onto our side we had it chopped down to the root which they didn't mind cause we paid for it now is the new issue the hedge was hiding all the rubbish around there side 4 or 5 wheelie bins overflowing and bags of rubbish lying around even sitting room furniture there side access is inaccessible there's that much we are in Dun Laoghaire-Rathdown district

    If its that messy you/they will have rats so enviro office might be a good shout alright
