Intercom and Gate release preferably wireless

Wondering if anyone is using anything like the above in their house ? Wife's business is at the back of the house and need to get an intercom and gate release setup. Business is only about 30 metre's from the gate and both have decent Wifi is that helps. Could consider a wired option if I had to to as the electricity meter…

Business is only about 30 metre's from the gate and both have decent Wifi is that helps. Could consider a wired option if I had to to as the electricity meter is on the side of the house next to the gate, assuming it would be safe for and electrician to take power from there ( maybe not now that I think about it )
