Hi, I’m hoping someone can help here as I can’t find the answer anywhere.

We’re looking at buying a new build house with a view to converting the attic once we buy it. The house has a peak on the front and I’m wondering if this could be incorporated into the conversion and used for extra storage?

Can u post a photo of a similar house from front ?
Have you been in the attic ?
There might be some space there but actually accessing it could be tricky, assuming it is a trussed roof.

Most likely it sill be inaccessible due to the roof structure layout. And it will be seriously expensive to make is accessible, even for crawl space.

Thanks, I can’t seem to post a picture or link as I’m new. I think you’re spot on, I’ve been in the attic but can’t actually see it from the inside so assess would be an issue. It’s such a big space though so just seems a waste!
