When is replumbing required?

    Afternoon,

Bought a 1970's 3bed semi-d a year ago and we need to get some work done; rewiring, new kitchen & bathroom renovation.

In addition, we have Oil and want to replace it with Gas so will need a new boiler. We'd also replace the rads and have zoned heating.

Not to sound like an arse, but this is not (hopefully) going to be our house for life, plan is to move out west in 5-10 years depending on work situations.

From reading online, generally people say if getting a house rewired + kitchen done then you should get plumbing done as well but is full replumbing required if we're replacing the boiler + rads?

    Cheers
