Laptop Under €400 - College Work and Browsing

Hello all,

A family member is looking for a laptop for college work and basic browsing with a budget of around €400.

Most important things would be able to run Zoom, Teams etc well and handle basic tasks such as MS Office documents.

I was just wondering if anyone would have any recommendations for same?

Not a Chromebook please as he wants to stick to Windows.

Would the Acer Aspire 3 do the trick at €350?:
