    Where's the best place to stay that has an open bar and restaurant? Preferably with a pool and sauna too.

    is there any hotels that are allowed to open their bar and other services and guests have to be for essential reasons. I assume this will be in place for Easter as the next review is after it.

    Pools, gyms, saunas etc are all closed. Most places are only doing room service food and drink.

    There are no pools or saunas or gyms open in any hotel.

    Crown Plaza at the airport, just fly to Brazil for a few days first OP.
