I need to get an automatic car due to a brain injury I've had for over 10 years. I have been unemployed since the start of covid but still dropping the kids to school in a second hand manual car that I bought last year. I have ataxia and really struggled with the clutch.

Can anyone recommend any of the disability organisations that maybe one their members might be looking to sell an automatic car that they no longer require?

Look on the irish wheelchair website you might find one there

I did contact the disabled drivers Ireland and ataxia foundation but no joy. I will give the wheelchair association a buzz. I am not looking for a wheelchair accessible car, just an automatic with decent head heigth.
