    Hi

I was wondering if you had a recommendation on an LED light for a 5*3 kitchen space (would 6000 lumens be sufficient) - something with a decent design.

I am also looking for a an immersion timer WIFI enabled timer recommendation. I was looking at this https://sonoff.tech/product/wifi-diy-smart-switches/powr2

    thanks,

    R

I ordered the optimum WiFi the other day.
    16amp rating.
    Do you have duel elements?

I have added this to my immersion. It provides wifi enabled ON/OFF but doesnt give the dual sink/bath functionality

Did you connect directly or use it to trigger a relay ?

I have this installed to control my immersion via wi-fi. It sits between the power feed and the Sink/Bath switch which you leave permanently 'On'. You still have to manualy switch between sink and bath, any dual channel timer I found will only activate the bath element during Economy 7 offpeak hours.

My old Sink/Bath switch had no LED light so I replaced it with one which did, that way I can tell when power is coming through which will help diagnose any fault with the timer.

Connected directly. Like above post it sits between the power and the sink/bath switch. The sonoff module then controls the power to the immersion switch. I leave it on bath all the time but it is a manual switch to sink if I wanted

I have the Optimum installed on both the immersion and the gas boiler - installed two years. Only in the last few weeks I've noticed the immersion was coming on at some odd unset times. I dont have astronomical bills...It works great to be fair.
I believe the issue is the tuyasmart app although they deny it. Not sure what other app is compatible with the Optimum but just giving you the heads up...

Absolutely. Just press the button and red light on. I'd be interested to know the app you use when setup.

    Delivered and installed.
Works as expected with google home (via tuya/smartlife).
Was able to configure it so it only stays on for one hour when turned on via home or the button.

Ya I have mine scheduled to set off multiple times during the day as a fail safe for any forgotten activations.
