S10+ floating window issue after update

Before you could have you tube or maps as a small window and something else open behind You could put that window anywhere. Now if you move it from its position it removes the window. Any idea where the settings for getting rid of that.

There was issues overnight. Follow the above and it should sort it for you.

"Hi! Thanks for bringing this to our attention. Please remove the Webview Update and then restart the phone. Here are the steps: Go settings > apps > tap the three dots in the top right corner > show system apps > search for Android System WebView > select Uninstall updates."
