Stuart Turner pump constantly running

About two months ago I noticed the pump was not kicking in when I’d turn on the shower, I’d have to turn on the tap in sink to get shower pressure up. However now the pump is constantly running and won’t turn off. There are no leaks anywhere, all toilets ok etc. Do I need a new pump or what is the cause. Any suggestions…
