Can't say I'm suprised on the withdrawal of foreign cash sales, its been winding down in other countries for years with the advent of ATM cards used abroad as well as places like An Post selling the main currencies for those who do want notes and coins before they land somewhere.

Reduction of cash services (but not totally gone altogether) makes sense. At least branches are staying open. I know some people want cash in every branch and branches everywhere but the reality is, times have changed.
