I had an issue with tv few weeks ago. Best way to contact them is to ring them. Setting up a message interaction service isn’t great. They are slow to respond and u get passed from one person to another.

When you ring and say broadband fault it routes you to the online guide. I need to actually speak to someone to resolve it

When I was ringing I was able to say ‘talk to an engineer’ or ‘book an engineer’ when it asked to tell the automation what I wanted. Unless it’s different at weekends.
