New boiler problems

Got a new Worcester Bosch boiler fitted last week. There is a loud humming noise from it so asked the plumber to come back to check it out. He came back and said it was normal for the boiler to make that sound. Now the water is only luke warm and the pressure gauge is is on zero. What is going on?
