Charger not working after power trip

So I have a leaf and a charger outside for it, last week while gardening someone accidentally severed a power line in the back garden and tripped the fuse board. We flicked the fuse back up and everything seemed fine except my charger is not working.
Could the power line blowing have caused damage to my charger? They aren't on the same fuse line.
Any ideas appreciated as I'm using the granny charger now and it's driving me mad

Sounds like an electrician call out to do tests on the line/charge point.
    What make/model out of interest?

Is there a trip on the charger box?
