Banking 365 physical security key

    Hi Folks, I have an iphone 6 but I cant update it since it only has ios11. This means that I cant get the new App for banking 365 so I had to get the physical security key to access my account on line from a laptop. Only problem is I cant do it when I use iphone Safari and try to google banking 365. I would like to be able to access my bank account on the go not only from the laptop. Any ideas? Thanks

    That sounds a little harsh, but the reality is that the iphone 6 is from 2014 and it's probably upgrade time anyway.

    That said, iOS 12 runs on the iPhone 6, so just update the software.

    My plan is to use the old site via the back up link until that stops working and then dealing with whatever new situation is put in place.
    I don't intend to get yet another app, so I'll get the physical token.

    Is there a DESKTOP MODE setting in Safari? If there is, use that option and the laptop version of 365 should load.

    Otherwise install another browser with a Desktop Mode option (Chrome, Brave, Firefox)

    I have the bloody PSK and have tried to use it . When the 6 digit number to activate it comes up I have entered it correctly twice; but the blasted site says there is an error.
    If I try to use it once more they will block my account.
    Is anyone else having this problem?
