Grade 3 Deltabell with SPC4320

    I have what I believe to be a Grade 3 Deltabell. See image attached.

    I am trying to use it to connect to a Siemens SPC4320. Grade 2 will be fine for me. Will I have to step down the voltage using resistors as shown in the attached pdf.

    Anyone have a wiring diagram for this?
