Residential estate grass maintenance cost

    Hi, i live in a new estate, and soon the contractor will be moving off site. We are looking for a grass maintenace contractor. We have alot of green area to be looked after. Is there any one on here that could provide cost figures per cut and how often do they cut the grass (i.e cuts per year).

    We are based on the verge of cork city. 144 houses. Guessing half days work for 2 to 3 people.

    Hi. We used be in an area with 130 odd houses - Cork as well. Think we used pay 70 or 80 annually - but it depends as well how many people will actually make the payment etc.
