I tried sending this via email yesterday morning but got no response so thought I would try on here
I am enquiring about a price match for the LG OED65CX. Hughes electrical are offering the product with 5 year warranty delivered free through amazon to northern ireland. The full price through amazon is £1799 but the 10% voucher is applied at checkout bringing the payable amount to £1619.

I had ttached a screenshot and link in the email but it doesn't appear to let me on here. Can you please get in touch? There is only a small number available at present but I would much rather buy local if possible.

    Thanks in advance

    Ernie

    Hi Ernieb33.

    Thanks for the post.

I checked our emails from yesterday and one of my colleagues did reply to your email at 09.50am.
It is possible that it went to your junk folder :(

At the moment we have no stock of the 65CX left and are chasing an ETA for more arriving but nothing in concrete.

If you can get your hands on one I would go for it so you don't miss out.

We hate to lose a sale but at the moment we have no stock that we can offer.

    Thanks for the reply Kenny.

I'm not sure why but no email received. While I have you here could I check stock of the 65q90t and 65xh9505 as possible alternatives please?

    Thanks Kenny,

I had my mind pretty much made up to go for the xh95 a while back but the price has steadily increased since then hence the interest in the q90t at its lowest price I believe.

Would there also be discount on the q60t soundbar along with the q90t if I went for it today?

What is the returns procedure with covid? Just in case there was a fault or the panel was unacceptable with dse etc.

    Hi ErnieB33.

There is a discount on the Q60T soundbar but it can not be used with the £200 off code.
It would be one or the other unfortunately.

It the unit is faulty within 30 days we would collect it and replace it, outside of this it would be a repair.

If you decided you did not want the TV then it would be up to yourself to return the TV to us at your own expense.

Any questions please let us know.
