Just to clarify: this is NOT a 653 frameset, the tubing is 531.

653 decals came as part of the set.

Would you say the table below is roughly accurate for frame sizing?
    HEIGHT FRAME SIZE
    5'3" to 5'5"	19 to 20 inch
    5'5" to 5'7"	20 to 21 inch
    5'7" to 5'9"	21 to 22 inch
    5'9" to 5'11"	22 to 23 inch
    5'11" to 6'1"	23 to 24 inch
    6'1" & over	24 to 25 inch

Old style bike sizing is a lot more rough 'n' ready than modern exact geometries.

Realistically, anyone from 5'7'' upwards could cycle this bike; you just play around with seatpost and handlebar stem height.

    hope that answers your question?

Yeah I'm 5'7 myself so I was wondering if it would work for me. This is the smallest one you have up for sale right?

Yes, it's the smallest I have. I'm in Waterford so if you are anywhere close, you're welcome to throw your leg over it.

Failing that, I'll be in Dublin in the next week or two and can throw it in the van for you to try.

If you're in Killybegs, that's that idea bollixed :-)

I'm down in Tralee so not much better at the moment! I'll wait and see, I'm often in south Tipp in the normal run of events, maybe it'll still be available next time I'm in that direction. GLWS otherwise. It's a beaut.
