Suggestions for VOIP system

    Hi all,
I am starting this thread to get some suggestions on a VOIP based system that will work well in Ireland, the UK and Portugal.

Backround - before lockdown we used a system called IP telecom on our offices using their handsets. Once lockdown started we forwarded the lines onto the company mobiles.

During lockdown we did a trial of 8x8. It worked fine in the UK but was truly awful in Ireland. Constantly dropping calls or one side unable to hear the other. We never got to testing in Portugal. The upside was the reporting that we set up was great, we could track salespeople outing and incoming calls, unlike the forwarded IP telecom solution whereby you can only track the incoming calls.

We then tried the IP app that seemed to be set up similar to 8x8 as in the call came in via the app rather than being forwarded onto the mobile line. Similar experience to 8x8 - utter diaster. Really surprised to have had this experience as they came highly recommended and are a publicly listed company.

Previously in the UK we have used a couple of VOIP apps and they've had similar call quality issues.

Looking at the market now there seems to be a huge number of supplies which I assume are all using similar if not renting wholesale bandwidth on the same infrastructure then branding up the service and adding a margin to cover this plus their profits.

Instead of jumping from provider to provider, does anyone have any experience of a Europe-wide provider that will enable reporting and real-time monitoring with a robust reliable call quality.
