Was cutting metal in garden and sparks have done a good bit of damage to the glass in the sliding door. It's double glazing and approx 2m x 1.3m. Apart from replacing glass is there anything else I could do?

No once the irons on there theyre shagged.

If you want to stop rust in rain and wait a while for replacing simply cover each mark with nail varnish to weather proof

Other than that size it up and order.

was in the spare room for months!

Would iron X or korrosol do any good to remove it?

The glass is pitted. Like the sparks melted into the glass.
Anyone got a rough cost of a replacement glass??

Would you try a windscreen repair before replacing the glass?
