New poster indicator

I'd like to see something that is visible across all platforms that clearly indicates a poster is a new poster (say less than 48 hours and/or 50 posts since account was created).

This is primarily to mitigate the problem of posters engaging with reregs of banned posters. It's all very well to suggest posters should report rather than engage with reregs, but if posters can't see who is new and who is not, they don't know.

I'm not sure that's the case on all platforms. On the mobile platform, I think users can't see this.

If I'm wrong, and that info is visible on all platforms, then ignore my suggestion.

2 weeks later, and having seen at least a handful of reregs get the multiple replies and the thread disruption they so desparately crave, and having logged on to boards.ie on my smartphone and seen that there is no way to identify a new poster, I still think this is a relevant suggestion.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
