looking for a house buyers auctioneer to bid for me

    looking to buy a house in cork where everyone knows everything and the agent selling a house i am interested in knows how much i have to bid from a previous sale that fell through. I have seen a few companies offering this for 0.5%+vat but that will work out quite expensive. I would be willing to spend €1500 if there are any auctioneers out there interested please get in touch.
