NZEB and Construction Drawings Cost

Hi Folks,

Got some prices and just wanted to see how they compare.. We got this company to do the planning application etc, below is what they are quoting us for next stage

NZEB/Deap/Pre-lim BER €650 + VAT
Construction Drawings €2,400 + VAT
Company's Fee ? €1,400 + VAT

No BCMS included for in this estimate and no works at construction
stage, no mortgage drawdowns and no signing off inspections. Also no Completion of Bank Costing Template.

So I have a couple of questions;
1) What is their 1400 for?? Quote was sent at 5pm so can't contact them..seems a bit rich to me??
2) How much would the BCMS part cost typically?
3) Same question for bank costing template, roughly how much?

I'd like to go with them for next stage but feel like the 1400 is a bit much for effectively being the middle man person

€650 + VAT for prelimenary BER !!!
Have lost multiple jobs for quoting at 50% below that price.

1. Everyone’s pricing approach is slightly different. Personally those rates seem very reasonable.
