Lithium ion battery repair

Hi is there anywhere/anyone in Ireland that could repair my e-bike battery? It was sitting up for a few months and now won't accept a charge. I'd be in way over my head attempting it myself and would really like to find someone who could do it for me.

Thanks I presume I'd have to remove the casing? I had the casing off today not sure where I'd connect the charger.

Edit : Should I test the battery with a multi meter first?

Certainly worth testing with a metre if you have one, make sure it’s switched to DC

That's a motor-vehicle charger, not a Lithium-Ion e-bike charger, and even though it says "Safely charge and maintain both 6-volt and 12-volt vehicle or leisure batteries, including Flooded, AGM, EFB, Lithium and Start-Stop batteries.", I wouldn't be putting this anywhere near a 36v or 48v e-bike battery!

OP, you may be out of luck as the Lithium-Io cells have a safety cut-off if they are left discharged for a duration (inbuilt scheduled redundancy, I suppose).

You might be able to boost the battery to start a charge, but I wouldn't be sure that it's possible with all models/BMS.
