We're currently looking at acquiring a contractor management software as it helps to track and monitor contractor performance and productivity. We’re looking for an effective contractor management system that can enable you to identify the skill gaps in your organization and provides development plans to bridge them. Here are a few features that I’d like in the contractor management software:

-Continuous feedback
