    Any lads have a post driver for front loader on tractor ? Are they as good as ones for back of tractor ? Which option would be the better buy

    I would think unless your going to be doing some specific type of post driving that you wouldn't be able to do with the conventional type,you'd be better off with the linkage mounted driver.

    Linkage mounted here & wouldn't change the type.

    Have been thinking about buying a post driver too and have being wondering about the loader mounted one too. The loader mounted would surely be a more versatile machine.

    I made a bracket to be able to put the rear mounted post driver front and back, use it all the time on the front, It's good for driving post on a bank, or into a corner or if there's a dyke at the ditch I can put the front wheels down in the dyke or even a small drain and drive the stake on the other side
