Full length mudguards

I'm using SKS Chromoplastic mudguards since 2015. It is a fine balancing act, not much clearance around the brakes, it runs better with worn tyres as it gives me a bigger gap. From time to time I get an odd rub and it might ruin the tyre.

I like the mudguards as they are a full length. But I'm fed up with a fiddling. The Defy 3 has eyelets, so would you able to recommended me a better fitting, long enough guard which has more clearance thus less rub, please? Thanks! It makes a great difference to me when I get caught out in the rain, and just prefer more protection.
