Exterior House Cracks - Built in 1998

    Hi Folks,

    Spotted some minor external cracks on the house (See Photos), seems minor, never spotted them previously but good chance theyve been there a while with 2 coats of paints done on the house over the years, house was built in 98.

    Is there anything I should be worried about here like pyrite? No other cracks inside or outside the house apart from those in the photos. Thanks

    Was thinking that, what is the cause of such minor cracks typically, just the foundations settling from years ago?

    I worked on sites in 98, the rate houses were thrown up (Hindsight) was unreal. Normal settlement cracks. Looks like it hasn’t seen a lick of paint since 98 either :pac:

    Cheers, id say your on the money there, might be time for the paintover alright, at least painting over it will stop me fretting!
