Anyone ever get an attic conversion in Manorfields, Dublin?

    I have a 3 bed End of Terrace in Manorfields and was wondering if anyone had an attic conversion and if they thought it was worth it. I am thinking about converting and adding ensuite. Maybe stick a single bed up there and use as office/gaming room/spare bedroom. (Don't want it to be "Habitable Space"/Dormer).

    If people have, any chance they can post pics?
