BMW f10 CIC replacement

Hi my 2011 f10 CIC is constantly rebooting since January. There was a water leak in window washer system that happened around same time that bmw dealer suspects caused it. They want €2k to replace entire system! They can’t fix it otherwise. Amy advice?

Theres a guy called carplay installer on Instagram and he has website too...he nearly exclusively works on bmw systems, it's his area of expertise so I'd give him a shout for advice.
He does good work from what I see.
