Could someone please advise,

I order from expondo and my order is due to be delivered tomorrow. I just received a text to say that duty/tax is due on the product and to call a number to pay it. Why am I paying tax/duty on something that was shipped from Poland via France?? Is this a scam or what??had this ever happened to anyone here

It's possible it's a scam text. Don't click on any links in the text. Google the number to see if it's genuine.

The text message contained my name address and parcel number, so I think it genuine, the parcel came from Poland to France and into Dublin.. this is why I'm so confused...
