Car accident advice - do I claim?

I had an accident with my car last week whereby I crashed into a wall with 3000 worth of damage done.
    New insurance company since December.

I had previously had insurance with liberty and unfortunately had to make a no fault claim for an accident which they covered. When it came to time to renew my insurance cover, liberty declined to renew my policy as I had made a claim... ( I had never heard of this happening before)

Anyway I am now with you and us since December. I have just had the incident as described above- crashed up against a wall while turning into a narrow entrance to a car park. 3000 worth of damage

My question is do I claim this on my insurance and risk the repercussions on my policy premium?
Or do I pay it out of pocket. If I don't tell the insurance company about the accident, are there ways in which they could find out about this?

    Appreciate thoughts on this

The owner of the wall could come after you for the cost of the repairs unless you plan on paying it yourself?

You are in breach of your policy if you don’t notify your insurance company of a claim or any incident which may give rise to a claim.

Whether you claim or not that is a financial decision that only you can make.
