Get the Irish Independent on Saturday and Sunday Independent delivered to your door, Independent Premium+ digital access plus a complimentary Fitbit Inspire 2 (RRP €99) with a 12 month Premium trial (worth €79.99) all for only €5.08 per week. T&Cs apply. 12-month contract. Offer ends 29th March.

That's €264.16 for the year then?

Is that the normal price for the delivery of the weekend papers?

I see the regular subs are reduced by 50% too. Tempted.

I took up the full digital sub for €7pm. I was already on the first month of the full priced one (€14) after taking up the Black Friday offer of €1 pm for 3 months and was debating whether to continue with it or not - this sealed the deal and I got them to change my sub to the new deal. Contract is for 12 months, but at that price I don't mind - I think its a great deal and figure we need to pay something if we want to keep newspapers in business.

Saturday Indo is €3.20 and Sunday Indo is €3.70, that's €358.80 a year for both. I think the ePaper is better value so I'm happy with the digital sub, but if you are one for the physical newspaper, €22 a month for both delivered, even without the Fitbit is pretty decent.

I signed up to the offer and am due to get my Fitbit now. I'm not overly keen and all family/friends have one. Any suggestion how I can best cash it in?
