    Hi

I have checked Eirs site but can't find any info.

My house is a new build, how do I go about getting broadband in and how much will it cost?

Dont go with Eir. Way more trouble than it's worth. Go with literally any other provider. You'll spend days of your life trying to deal with shockingly bad customer care and waiting on lads to come and fix issues who may or may not turn up.

Couldn't agree more, they're hands down the worst company I've ever dealt with in Ireland.

Ring eir directly, have your eircode ready. Probably the easiest way to see what's available to your location.

Is there a pole close to your property, within 50m? Is there a duct from your house to the boundary line?

There is now a limit on what open-eir (eircom's wholesale unit, infarstructure division) will expend to run a copper line for a new phone connection, called the USO - https://www.comreg.ie/consumer-information/home-phone/universal-service-obligations/

Also check availability here - https://www.eir.ie/broadband/
    Also here - https://www.airwire.ie/index.php/avail

Are you in a FTTH rollout area or NBP intervention area, enter eircode here - https://nbi.ie/map/
