Fitbit sense - any good?

The fitbit sense claims tohave a heart health monitor, as well as the other fit bit bits. Any opinion on the utility / accuracy of this function? I'm picking a fitness tracker to buy for my wife as a gift. Her sister has AF so monitoring for any sign of this is useful.
