    Ive heard the term "dead stick" does that mean she is fly by wire? As in no control surfaces working once power is gone?

    No...Just means that there is no direct application of power/thrust (through a prop/jet). The Shuttle was/is a good example of a Dead stick landing. Its all about good energy management.

    You mean the the IT couldn't have been bothered to go to alllllllll the hassle and get an actual Air Corp picture? LAZY!

    Probably easier to use one that they have access to than contacting an Irish photo journalist to get an IAC one.
    But yes, disappointing.
