I can't see this phone in person due to travel restrictions.

-They installed a firmware update on their S10E

-The phone is now jumpy and laggy.

-I suggested to them they try wipe cache partition.

-They say wipe cache partition is not an available option??

-They are talking about a factory / master data reset. Would this solve the problem though?

-Is it just the phone is getting on a bit? They really don't want to replace it.

    Thanks for reading.

I have a One UI 3.0 patch january update pending, 1.8 gig in size on my 10e, I haven't updated yet.
I might hold off on this update and do a bit of googling to see if it causes issues.
