Meteor Over Limerick

Just saw a large meteor or debris reentering directly over Limerick city 5 minutes ago, heading East towards Dublin, anyone else see it? Very bright and lasted a couple of seconds.

Yes, I saw a shooting star a few minutes ago in North Cork. Seemed very low. I know little about astronomy.

if you didn't hear a sonic boom or other electrophonic sounds then it was many hundreds of miles away most likely.

Limerick is one of only 6 meteorites to have fallen in Ireland. ..that we know of
also Bovedy and Crumlin from the 6 counties

but the main global report system is at amsmeteors.org and best reporting there as thats where it will do most good as seen by more scientists.
