The problem with low cost conveyancing is they tend to make their money on volume. They're unlikely to get involved with sorting out any issues and will simply advise you to walk. If you're 100% sure you're not going to come across the myriad of issues I's venture about 90% of purchases run into then just ring round and go with the cheapest.
