I have today been infracted for using the word Fúck in this thread
    https://www.boards.ie/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=2058087687

Yet this post link below where the poster directly calls me a bullsh!tter and questions my nationality is not infracted despite my reporting the post numerous times.

I've been reasonable up until now. I stand over my statement. You obviously have your own issues. I'm not going to agree with you despite how overbearing you choose to be. In fact I will push back on you and say you are the bullsh!tter who can't reconcile your family tree but claim to be Irish although you won't do the heavy lifting involved in determining your origin.
I will not engage with you on this topic further. Do your own research. If you don't have the pedigree in your hand and in the absence of DNA tests you have only "strongly held beliefs".

Why am I am infracted despite not directing my profanity at the user but at what had been said. Yet they are allowed to call me a bullsh!tter?

    Hi

It has never been the case that the outcome of reporting a post can be scrutinised by the reporter. It has also never been the case that one user can enquire into the interactions of another user with site moderators.

You do not know and cannot ask what action has or has not been taken in respect of that post.

That being the case, there is limited value in having a discussion about it.

However, I will look at this myself and provide an indication as to whether I think this is in order.

I have looked at this now and I believe it is in order.
