    That's not an apartment?

    lower than average because it's outside the M50 most likely? €500,000 for an end of terrace house with no driveway is still pricey below average or not

    It is overall, but I haven't seen such a low price/sqm around Dublin, maybe because of the unusual large size? Or proximity to Tallaght?
