Good Reason to install the best Open Office package on your system - worth own thread

So, my reason for installing Libre Office is the fact that I need the Document Converter App to convert Microsoft Excel Spreadsheets to .ods format
The reason for this is the same spreadsheet files can then be imported to my XAMPP setup as MySql database tables (no provision is made in phpmyadmin to import Excel spreadsheets)

I have no other use whatsoever for Open Office but for this.

I'm a big fan of Libre Office, have it & MS office installed on my PC & prefer Libre Office.
