    Hi,
I’m just wondering can someone help me:

I have been gifted a house by my parents but it is an old house and want to build a separate house on the land for me and my partner.

Do I qualify as a first time buyer if I self build after being gifted a property?

    Thanks

Sorry to hijack thread but have a similar question. Do you qualify for FTB where the site you are building on has a derelict house and will probably be knocked?

Had presumed so but saw something earlier today that said otherwise!
